(updated March 2017)
Kids Business has been collaborating with Spotlight over 4 years via a series of influencer events to coincide with key campaigns including Christmas and National Craft Month. Most recently on the 2017 National Craft Month Launch, a targeted pool of influencers were secured to attend the launch and then create meaningful content throughout the campaign. 80+ pieces of exposure were generated within 3 weeks.
Here is a top-line example of some of the highlights generated via a previous larger-scale event:
“We have always enjoyed working with Kids Business and appreciate the standard of work delivered and dedication that goes towards ensuring successful outcomes. Thank you so much for helping us put on such an awesome event – we really appreciate it and are excited about the next step working with all those fantastic bloggers”– Spotlight
Spotlight wanted to promote their annual National Craft Month in-store activity to craft enthusiasts Australia-wide. Kids Business Communications was appointed to amplify this message via a bespoke event to launch the campaign. Over 25 influential craft, lifestyle and parenting bloggers with a collective reach of 752K attended.
Bloggers experienced first-hand the activities on offer throughout National Craft Month at Spotlight Stores via interactive craft stations. As a result of this, the bloggers are equipped and motivated to become brand enthusiasts and share the key brand messages and their personal, positive verdict with their large social media communities.

“The Spotlight National Craft Month Preview Special event at Luminaire was excellent, intimate and informative! I’m now more inspired to try my hand at different crafts that I hadn’t before tried or known about. I particularly liked the glass & porcelain painting. The function room was a great size, not too big and not too small. It wasn’t overcrowded or too loud. It was just at the perfect time for me to arrive, enjoy, be inspired, network and get the information on the creative products. I was able to get home in time to walk the dog and pick up the kids! This was an excellent event and the food was delish! Thank you so much Spotlight and Kids Business!”
