A study conducted by Nickelodeon found that the struggle to juggle family and work life is a challenge now shared by dads. The research identified three categories of fathers; the provider, the super, and the fulltime. Other results include;

  • 78% think they are doing a good job as a dad.
  • 62% say they want to be more involved but find it difficult because of their work hours.
  • The phrase, ‘wait until your father gets home,’ is now perceived more as a reward than a threat.
  • Dad’s today are proudly more engaged and emotionally connected with their kids.
