Rock_hori_blkThe most recent Bloggers BrunchTM event, was held in April in NSW.  This event provided an opportunity for fashion brands including Rockmans, Table Eight and BeMe to host a live, interactive, experiential showcase to 50 bloggers.

Kids Business proposed bloggers themselves model the clothes in front of their peers, rather than presenting the clothes on models, as traditionally expected at a fashion showcase. A live blogger fashion workshop – simultaneously being shared online – was the ultimate opportunity for real women to see how the clothes suit different body shapes, tastes and budgets – instantly.

This approach brought the clothes and the social media discussion to life as the bloggers modelling and the bloggers friends watching, ignited online brand commentary, photos, shares and likes immediately as well as being a positive talking point amongst bloggers.

Brands also exhibited their range for bloggers to discover more, which motivated bloggers to also buy. In the days following the event attendees organically took to social media to show off their new purchases.

The Bloggers Brunch provided the fashion brands with the platform to educate, inspire and empower bloggers in a face to face environment. Brands gave bloggers the opportunity to tell their brand’s story and showcase the collection as they see it – with much fanfare:

Blogger Feedback

“Loved the fashion show – real clothes on real people! Involving bloggers was not only a lot of fun – it was a great talking point afterwards. Having all the clothes there with very helpful staff was great too.  Pretty Girl Fashion did an amazing job.”

“I really enjoyed seeing what was in store for this season, clothes for all different sized women and the live show was just awesome! Great idea to see pieces worn and styled by other everyday women who know very well what other everyday women want.”
