Do you have what it takes to be a sensational right-hand person to the Managing Director? Are you efficient, proactive, have exposure to sales environments and worked with senior management before? At this boutique agency representing established mid and large sized brands, the Business Development Coordinator will be working as part of the Business Development team. This superstar will be responsible for implementing on-trend growth strategies for the agency in line with company goals. You’re confident liaising with clients when required, have a bank of ideas you’ve been buzzing to execute and totally at ease with following set processes and procedures required to be actioned.
You’re super reliable, personable, street smart and next-level organised.
What you’ll be doing:
- Most of the time you’ll be owning Sales Force and utilising it to build on current relationships, fielding new enquiries, analysing activity
- The rest of the time, you’ll work on new business proposals, creating case studies, executing strategic partnerships, be part of brainstorming sessions, updating reports.
- There is a minor administrative element such as creating instruction manuals and maintaining outsourced projects and relationships with contractors

Your Technical Skillset and Experience covers many of the following, or other awesome skills we haven’t even mentioned but you know we need:
Technical Skill set:
- Sales training/Sales experience/Exposure in sales environment
- Salesforce experience, or comparative CRM software
- Constant contact/mail chimp, or comparative EDM software
- Excellent Powerpoint skills
- Exposure to wordpress/updating Websites
Experience with:
- Preparing marketing proposals
- Working directly for senior partner/managing director/owner
- Liaising directly with clients/customers in professional interface role
- Upwork/va’s, or comparative online tools etc
- Exposure to a related industry/similar clients
